Program Description:
Employees can pose significant risks in business operations. Beyond the many compliance challenges, business owners must also navigate employee behavior and performance management, often without the support of professional HR guidance. In this session, we will explore simple strategies that business owners and managers can implement to reduce their risks when managing staff.
